It may sound silly, but cancer screening is no joke. A lot of symptoms and conditions simply go undiagnosed.
The artist above actually passed away from prostate cancer, but I'm sure he'd share the sentiment.

The above flow chart is entirely in jest, I can think of a LOT more options and arrangements. Really just wanted to highlight how predictable some (not all!) foreigners* can be in Cambodia.
This was scribbled over the course of a few beers last evening, and tidied up in my local breakfast shop. (Thanks to V and K for the assist!)
We also ended up with a little chart for my own self.
I think there are few more flow charts to be done - commonly cultural mistakes, how to find a job, expat turnover, much more!
*in Thailand 'Farang', in Cambodia 'Barang'.
