Yesterday (January 19) - starting at about 10am in Cambodia, web users noticed Blogger's blogspot was unavailable from internet service providers (ISPs) Ezecom and Metphone.
Much discussion followed, and you can see some links and articles here: http://www.expat-advisory.com/forum/asia/cambodia/phnom-penh-pub-expats-expats-cambodia/ki-media-bites-dust-do-many-blogspot-blogs
While this news made the cover of the Phnom Penh Post and Cambodia Daily, there are no conclusive answers yet from the ISPs or the government.
I'll continue to update these notes as news appears. Ongoing Twitter discussion here: http://twitter.com/search?q=%23bloggerKH
